1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration. poca88 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will immediately terminate any Account found to be operated by a person under the legal age.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an Account with poca88, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Indonesian phone number, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your Account credentials (username, password, security questions) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

2.3 Account Restrictions

poca88 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or terminate existing Accounts at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of our Services.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All Users must complete KYC verification before they can process withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identification document (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).

poca88 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct video verification calls if we deem it necessary to verify User identity or investigate suspicious activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your Account.
• Never share your login credentials, password, or 2FA codes with any third party, including individuals claiming to be poca88 staff.
• Immediately notify poca88 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when accessing poca88 from a shared or public device.

poca88 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized Account access due to User negligence in maintaining Account security.

4. Deposits and Funding

4.1 Deposit Methods

• Bank transfers from major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.

4.2 Deposit Terms

By depositing funds into your poca88 Account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). poca88 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• poca88 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

• poca88 reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals and Payment Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your poca88 Account, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process described in Section 3.1.
• The withdrawal must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your verified identity documents.
• You must have met all applicable wagering requirements for any active bonuses in your Account (see Section 7 for bonus terms).
• There must be no ongoing investigations into your Account for suspected fraud, collusion, or Terms violations.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

poca88 commits to processing withdrawal requests according to the following standards:

• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

poca88 may delay, suspend, or refuse withdrawal requests under the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or unverified KYC documentation.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.
• Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• Discrepancies between the withdrawal destination account and the verified Account holder's identity.
• Active disputes or investigations related to your Account or betting activity.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed through poca88 are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the poca88 system, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed unless poca88 determines there was a technical error affecting the bet outcome.
• poca88 reserves the right to void bets if we determine there was a technical malfunction, incorrect odds display, or if the bet was placed after the event outcome was already known ("late bets").

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For all sports betting markets offered by poca88:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing sports body or competition organizer (e.g., BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, FIFA, AFC).
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, or as otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
• Live betting (in-play betting) odds are subject to rapid changes based on game flow. You accept the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed by the poca88 system.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is voided, the parlay odds will be recalculated without that selection.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

For all casino games and slot machines offered by poca88:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomization equipment (cards, dice, wheels) under regulated conditions.
• Game outcomes are final once the game round is completed and cannot be reversed, even in cases of User error or misunderstanding of game rules.
• Disconnections during game play will be handled according to the specific game provider's malfunction policy. In most cases, unfinished game rounds will be resolved automatically based on the state of play at the time of disconnection.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable:

• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets).

Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts may be permanently terminated.

Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials available through the poca88 platform are the intellectual property of poca88 or our licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination, poca88 will return any remaining genuine balance after deducting any amounts owed to us (fraudulent gains, unpaid fees, etc.).

14. Amendments to Terms

poca88 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Sending a notification to your registered email address.
